As a lifelong entrepreneur, Ramon started Chemical Transport, a logistics company, in 1971 at the age of 21. Ramon has always had an interest in environmental work. With the growing importance of clean energy, Ramon eagerly joined his daughter’s company. He was named Managing Director and manages the day-to-day operations of the Barranquilla, Colombia office, including the sale and installation of solar panels in Latin America. He served as Colombian President Uribe’s advisor in international matters from 2002 to 2010. Also, he has served as the president-appointed government’s representative on the Board of Directors of several companies.
